Scope of services

Two products of our own: digital lockout-tagout and freeze/thaw systems.

For both, we develop the controls and the software ourselves — and we commission them and document them so the record holds up to audit. The freeze/thaw hardware we build ourselves; for LOTO we integrate proven standard hardware.

Digital lockout-tagout systems carry isolation and release states right into the control system — with signable checklists and an audit trail. Freeze/thaw systems run temperature curves on our own controller — with recipes per product and documented runs.

The hardware is thought through during design and the URS, is built during construction and commissioning, and stays part of the plant in operation. That holds for lockout-tagout as it does for freeze/thaw systems — each in its own area of application.

Product 01 — Lockout-tagout

Digital lockout-tagout systems.

Lockout-tagout protects a plant twice over: during commissioning — the first and every subsequent one — it makes sure the plant cannot be put into a hazardous state. And during maintenance, testing or modification it makes sure the plant cannot start up unintentionally. With us that isolation is digital: every lock carries an RFID tag. Its state runs over MQTT into the control system — and isolated actuators cannot be driven from software while the lock is set.

Scannable, signable checklists document every isolation and release step. As long as checks or documents are missing in the control system, the plant stays locked out — mechanically and in software. Only a complete, signed audit trail releases it.

Product 02 — Freeze & thaw

Our freeze and thaw controller.

Temperature-sensitive products have to be frozen under control and thawed the same way. We run that temperature curve on our own controller — instead of leaving it to a bought-in, closed third-party unit.

Recipes hold the setpoint curve for each product. Every run is recorded in the audit trail with setpoint and actual values. An open API connects the plant to the control system and the documentation — this is where the real technical core sits.
