It represents the plant as a system — in 3D and as a flow diagram, operated like a digital twin: click an element, trace a medium, see the test status. Test documents, photos as evidence and electronic signatures are created at the test step, on iPad and phone. For pharmaceutical and food production under GMP; cleanly licensable.

System list

Every component recorded — with attributes, classes and origin.

Five levels from the plant down to the instrument tag. The catalogue brings 75 categories, more than 120 attribute classes and 1 806 fields; every field knows its source. Lists from COMOS, Excel or other systems are imported and reconciled against the existing data.

Plant model

A plant model that can be operated like a digital twin.

The model reads the system list and responds: click an element, trace a medium, show the process path and isolation points. The same data as a flow diagram to ISO 10628 — exportable as a technical drawing.

Qualification

Test documents from more than 150 test sheets, signatures bound to the document hash.

Test objectives × systems yield the test instances; the documents come from our library of more than 150 test sheets. Executor, reviewer and customer sign in three stages, each signature bound to the hash of the content. Photos as evidence, defects and test equipment directly at the test step — on iPad and phone, also without a network.

LOTO & operation

Isolation points on the process path, change control in operation.

The process path shows every isolation point and reports gaps without local isolation. In operation the qualification status stays valid: change requests with a frozen requalification scope. On request, ecc maintains the model along with the plant — under a maintenance contract.

Project controlling

Planned effort from quantity structure and time key, actuals from time booking — progress per subsystem.

The system list counts what has to be tested; the time key per object class turns that into the planned effort. Actuals come from time booking at the test step. Progress and backlog are shown per subsystem and as an S-curve for the project.

Handover & archive

Handover package with checksums. Archive readable for 15 years.

The handover package contains all test documents, the flow diagrams as technical drawings, the photos as evidence and the system list — frozen with checksums and sealed. Readable over the entire retention period, even without ecc OS.

Offline Site

Record test steps, photos and defects without a connection, store them encrypted, synchronise at the next contact — with the timestamp of recording.

What the plant can do in operation after handover.

Qualification does not end with handover. The model remains the tool for isolation, change, test equipment and defects — with the same audit trail.

LOTO & isolation

Isolation points on the process path, 48 media codes, energies per point. Gaps without local isolation are reported.

Energisation & media matrix

Which subsystem needs which medium — from the categories of the system list, not from a second table.

Change control & requalification

Change request with frozen scope, request-bound signature, requalification only where it is needed.

Test equipment & calibration

Test equipment register with calibration lock: an expired device can no longer confirm a result.

Defects & open items

Finding at the test step, follow-up kept separate, mobile with photo and scanner. Open, in progress, done — per element.

Qualification of persons

Whoever signs must be qualified: certificates on the person, lock on the signature, notice before expiry.

History as of a date

What did the plant look like on the day of the inspection? Every state can be reconstructed — audit view included.

Operator and company access

Your team works via its own Microsoft directory; suppliers see only their test sheet. Notifications on dates, calibrations and qualifications.

Project management & controlling

Commissioning as a project: work packages, organisation, planned and actual.

ecc OS runs not only the testing but the project around it — with the same data.
